Our fresh Hummus is a delicacy made from a secret home recipe blending 24 hour boiled chickpeas, silky tahini, crushed garlic and fresh lemon to create an unforgettable appetiser that compliments many of our menu items wonderfully. Topped with fermented lamb cutlets pan-fried in lamb fat which is then minced and garnished with fresh parsley.
