Mashing up a top-secret mixture of fresh chickpeas & fava beans that have been soaked for 48 hours, freshly minced parsley and coriander which is fine-tuned by a delicate balance of soda and spices before being deep-fried and served in a wholesome wrap with pickles and sauce.
