We also offer a range of benefits and incentives to our employees which includes free meals when working for us.
We have a cool working environment, with music and conversation in all our kitchens because things move quickly and staff spirits have to remain high throughout the day.
That means whether we’re helping staff build positive futures which can have a positive impact on our business or serving customers delicious food, the main thing is we promote a good work culture which is sustainable.
We like to keep things positive that’s why we promote equality and offer work flexibility and the opportunities to grow organically and to ensure this we build working relationships with all our staff.

At Fistizio we use a system of colour-coded gloves to avoid bare hand contact with raw foods and to handle some ready-to-eat food items.
The answer is not so straight forward.
However all our cooking processes require bare hands just as top chefs would in a Michelin starred restaurant but don’t worry we have clear guidelines for washing up hands in our stores.
But the choice remains that of each individual chef whether they would like to wear gloves or not.
All our gloves are made from a powder-free latex that is food safe.
We’re OCD on being clean. Each store of Fistizio places great emphasis on cleaning and luckily everyone from the manager to our wonderful staff members share the responsibilities to ensure our kitchen and dining areas are kept exceptionally clean at all times.
We run a comprehensive training programme on cleaning procedures and supervise the premises including our equipment hourly.
Hell no, we have mops and buckets for different areas of the restaurant and after every sweep of the premises, the cleaning solution and water is discarded and the buckets rinsed with boiling water to ensure maximum effectiveness of our cleaning.
We only source our ingredients and packaging from trusted suppliers for whom we at Fistizio have formed long-term trusted relationships all of whom are gems that help us keep our business running.
We do not provide information on who are suppliers are, but trust us after the rigorous prodding we’ve done around their facilities we can safely say they’re all nice folk.

If your interested in becoming a Fistizio supplier send details about your business, products and client portfolio to the Purchasing Manager, Fistizio, Business Bay, Dubai. Or alternatively use our contact us form.

Overall we believe in long-term sustainable supply chain partnerships as the business and our menu items grow and therefore always look forward to meeting new suppliers that can improve our business.
At Fistizio, we have a range of quality control processes and systems which starts with our supply chain and goes all the way to which we prepare and serve food in our restaurants all monitored by highly proficient staff and customised computer systems.
Don’t worry, we have produced contingency plans for all our products but one thing we will not do is ever substitute an ingredient which isn’t available with an alternative.
For most of our ingredients we work with a number of different suppliers, most non-highly perishable products we stock in abundance just in case there is problems in the supply-chain but certain perishable ingredients are ordered using a just in time process to ensure absolute freshness all the time.
Our stock and inventory for the different meals we serve is taken daily and weekly.
This is because everything has to remain fresh and ready for food preparation before the start of a new day.
As part of our food transparency policy, everything is labelled and recorded through our central ordering system and enables managers to generate supply orders and minimise food waste.
Animal welfare is important to us, even those that are getting slaughtered that’s why we inspect the slaughter houses and our meat suppliers regularly who all must meet our stringent guidelines otherwise their meat will never form part of any of our ingredients.
Fistizio likes to create new things to captivate the tummies of our customers as a way to encourage everyone to come back to our restaurants, so therefore we have a meticulous approach to researching and development.
This involves first our business peeps doing all the due diligence to better understand competition, changing customer needs and trends and in addition we look at ourselves to see which of our products are successful and why.
In the end, we want to ensure there’s a good service offering therefore we always share our research with consumers and suppliers.
Our ongoing charity and community work is incredibly important to us.
As you know our stores and staff raise funds for Basch Helps CIC.
As a result, in order to dedicate enough resources to our existing community programmes, at present we cannot support local charities or social enterprises upon request.
