The majority of our food is freshly prepared in stores. Although we take great care in preparing foods that may cause allergic reactions separately we cannot 100% guarantee that any product is free from allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination when being cooked or assembled.

As the same equipment and utensils are used for multiple menu items, including those that contain allergens. This also includes our hard working kitchen staff who although follow a very rigorous cleaning regime when at work cannot guarantee any cross-contamination from their clothes or aprons.

Even if the ingredients containing allergens are removed we cannot 100% guarantee that your customised menu item is allergen free.

Delivery orders: Fistizio has all orders delivered by various delivery partners whose couriers drop-off multiple restaurant orders together in the same courier box, sometimes this happens at the same time when their transporting your food.

Therefore we cannot guarantee your meal will not come into contact with other allergens during the delivery process.
