Now their unleashing a premium and most tantalising selection of their favourite recipes, freshly made with a mothers love using the finest all natural ingredients for you to share with your loved ones, anytime of the day.

Offering an immersive arabesque culinary experience influenced by Fistizio’s exquisite palette for good heart-warming food which has only expanded by their insistent need to travel and try new dishes which ranges from hearty pastries to more nuanced richly flavoured generous meals from the grill.

Our menu combines very traditional Levantine cuisine that holds a true reflection of the regions rich and distinctive cultural culinary history with modern meals and sides that appeal to every generation.

The key difference is? At Fistizio everything is prepared and cooked just how our head chefs, Wafa & Moosa have done so for many family members and guests for over 40 years with a soulful approach and dedication for deliciously fantastic food.

Using only the finest and most premium selections of meats and vegetables which have been sustainably sourced and meticulously inspected ensuring that everything is of the highest quality, fresh and ready to cook for our menu which includes meals & appetisers for all times of the day.

Our breakfast menu, takes you on a tour of our typical breakfast table at home with either a choice of a yummy continental to more freshly prepared Levantine breakfast menu items that are hearty and filling. Available all day.

Our lunch & dinner menu, Fistizio believes “food is a joy of life” and that’s what our menu aims to deliver, something that brings conversation to the table, amplifies your taste buds and epitomises a balance between good memorable food and entertainment.

Serving a wonderful array of dishes that are either from the oven or grill that includes an abundance of poultry or meat, vegetables, fruits and nuts masterfully seasoned.

We also have killed the mundane three-course meal or typical takeaway experience by making as many of our baked or grilled menu items completely customisable leaving you not just full, happy and invigorated but satisfied that the food served is to your taste and specifications.

Our Kitchen

The Fistizio kitchen is treated like a second home as it is the life-blood of all our operations which keeps your tummies full and you as our loyal customers happy.

Our role as a family run restaurant is to ensure that your safety comes first and therefore we promise that all kitchen staff are vigorously trained before being allowed to prepare, cook or serve our food and this ensures their supporting our high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Further to this all our staff must adhere to a very strict code of conduct and their performance in the kitchen must show a high level of understanding of local legislation and the standards needed in health & safety, hygiene and environmental issues such as cleanliness and kitchen safety.

Our kitchens and kitchen equipment are regularly monitored by managers and thoroughly cleaned every hour of every day to maintain high levels of hygiene and safety.

All food is stored appropriately, temperature checked and labelled to ensure that everything sourced is traceable, fresh and edible. Food that is prepared such as meats, toppings, dips are also labelled to ensure that we are only cooking with fresh ingredients and lastly food that is cooked especially meats are thoroughly temperature checked to ensure the meat is safe for consumption.

Food Waste

We are focused on minimising waste from our warehouses and stores, and providing franchise partners with the tools to do so.

Where it is not possible to avoid surplus food, we aim to ensure it is distributed in purposeful ways.

At a store level, every Fistizio menu item is freshly handcrafted to order, which helps keep food waste to a minimum.

Store inventory is carefully managed with fresh food deliveries daily, tailored to meet customer demand in the local area.

We agree with the belief that no good food should go to waste. Therefore if anything does remain our team will pack it up and distribute it to local food banks.

Sourcing Ingredients

Wherever we break ground including our existing branches will only ever use high-quality produce and ingredients that has been sourced locally to make our food.

We have great relationships with our suppliers who allow us access to continually assess their work in maintaining the rigorous standards we seek to ensure the quality of the ingredients in all our products are 100% nutritious and made or produced ethically.

When it comes to all kinds of meats, we do have an animal welfare policy which sets out detailed expectations and guidelines when farming or slaughtering the meat for our branches.

This includes visiting farms on occasion to check that the livestock are being fed right, treated humanely and that the slaughtering process is handled in a clean environment and the staff are properly trained.

We demand suppliers comply with all welfare legislation, but we also expect them to go further than just complying with legal requirements and commit to further improvements.

Each supplier is audited to ensure compliance with our rigorous standards, and we always mutually agree specific targets and timelines for any improvements.

When it comes to our vegetables and fruits, their brought wholesale locally and are sourced from many countries around the world and are purchased daily or weekly depending on what seasonal varieties are available.

At Fistizio, we only use the finest and most premium selections of meats and vegetables which have been sustainably sourced and meticulously inspected ensuring that everything is of the highest quality, fresh and ready to cook.

We work hard to ensure that none of our food items have any added salt, fat or sugar.

Every meal, side or dessert prepared has been created using fresh ingredients which do not need preservation or artificial flavouring and feel like everything is on the healthier side as many of our menu items are below 500 Kcal.

Best Grains

Our signature dough is a recipe which has been perfected and used by Fistizio for decades, using only the finest unbleached Manitoban Canadian flour that’s high in protein and made fresh every day.

Whilst our whole grain dough is milled in the UK and is made from grains and cereals that have been farmed in the EU and uses the same fresh ingredients to create our pizza and manoushi bases.

Leaving a fresh dough that’s hand stretched every time.

No Preservatives

Our dough is made fresh in batches everyday in our branches, we don’t use external manufacturers or suppliers for any of our manoushi or pizza bases and we only make enough for what we expect to use on the day to minimise food waste.

Therefore, Mama Wafa prides itself in the fact everything dough related is made in-house therefore we never add any artificial stuff or preservatives that can tamper with our 100% fresh ingredients pledge.
