Fistisio’s kibbeh platter is world renowned. A main dish that’s baked in the oven that’s masterfully created by hand from scratch every time. Combining very fine bulgur wheat, a special blend of spices to form the crust that’s sandwiched between a layer of finely sautéed aromatic ground lamb, onions and pine nuts. Cooked to a golden brown finish.
