Making kibbeh is an art form, each lemon shaped ball requires a masterful chef as each piece is handmade. Using finely ground cutlets of lamb thats blended with pine nuts, minced sauteed onions and Fistizio’s secret spice blend for a savoury flavour which is then filled into a seasoned bulgur wheat and meat casing which is then deep-fried.
