Our homemade labneh, is a soft traditional cheese made by straining our organic yoghurt with salt and leaving it to mature. The result is a rich and tangy enjoyable spreadable cheese which is wrapped with fresh cucumber, fresh mint and olive oil. Served with a side and soft drink
