Our fermented sausage is made from premium cuts of beef & lamb blended with fragrant spices and left to cure until its mature and dried. Our kitchen finely slices the sujuk and pan fries them with chopped Italian tomatoes, onions, a drizzle of lemon juice and garnished with fresh herbs. Which is then wrapped in warm pitta with lettuce and tomato. Served with a side and soft drink.
